HMP Creative Studio provides custom creative services and digital design products. Because each project is created specifically for the client, all deposits and payments for completed creative work are non-refundable.
Custom Design Service
Once work has begun, payments are non-refundable. This includes logo design, QR code design, business cards, banners, promotional graphics, social media graphics, and other custom design services.
Projects include two rounds of minor revisions unless otherwise stated. Additional revisions or changes outside the original project scope may require an additional fee.
Digital Files
Due to the nature of digital products and custom design files, digital files are not eligible for return or refund once they have been delivered.
Final files will be released only after the project balance has been paid in full.
Physical Printed Materials
Physical products that are ordered specifically for a client are not eligible for return due to a change of mind, incorrect information supplied by the client, or approval of an incorrect design.
If a printed product arrives damaged or has a confirmed production defect, please contact HMP Creative Studio promptly after delivery with photographs and a description of the issue so it can be reviewed and addressed appropriately.
Cancellations
If a client cancels a project after work has begun, the deposit remains non-refundable. Any additional payment already made toward completed work is also non-refundable.
Projects that remain inactive for an extended period may be considered abandoned according to the terms of the applicable service agreement.
